Personnel composition of each structural unit, as well as personnel composition of each company’s body, is available on request of any stakeholder, forwarded to Director of the certification body.

For providing independence of the certification body and its personnel within certification process, Impartiality committee operates within company structure.

Impartiality committee is an independent body that provides services aimed at independence and impartiality of certification body within its operation, but not limited to these services. Conclusions, consultations and discussion of Committee within its authorities are advisory nature for Company, its personnel and management bodies. Committee is out of management and financial control of certification body and is independent of certification body’s decisions on its certification operations.

Involved in certification parties (FC employees, FC clients and stakeholders) can file an application for any infringements of impartiality certification body, its employees or other involved in certification body within its realization of certification program. Applications are filed via e-mail director@fcert.ru.

Responsible for consideration of those inquiries authority within certification structure of the Company is «Forest Cetification» LLC Director and Impartiality committee as indepenent entity.
